Peach ice cream 🍑 from Perfect Scoop in Avon-by-the-Sea

Peach is my favorite small town ice cream flavor (I think from all the peach soft serve I ate at IKEA as a child, does anyone else remember this???). Slightly artificial in the best way and I love the chewy dehydrated peach chunks. And forever tied to summer for me because this flavor is too pedestrian for NYC and I can only find it when I escape the city 🥲
