Fat Gold Olive oil

I bought this on a whim to have a fancy dipping / finishing olive oil around but after seeing the ‘use by’ date I started using it for everything because I didn’t want my $40 olive oil going bad: unfortunately, after going through a tin this way, Fat Gold is now my daily driver. After using this to make pasta sauces, roast vegetables or add to baked goods, regular old Graza tastes like dirt. Fat Gold is amazing on its own but also manages to add an additional layer of flavor to all your cooking: and I don’t mean an olivey flavor!! Somehow just turns up the contrast on everything I cook and makes it more bodied and delicious. I need to start a subscription because I panic when we run out of this stuff
