Relistening to boygenius

I first discovered boygenius through a peripheral interest in Phoebe Bridgers, but in ensuing years have deepdived into all three of their discographies separately (and have seen Julien and Lucy live a few times!! Phoebe, I'm coming for you eventually). In anticipation of Phoebe's new album coming out tomorrow, I've been listening to old boygenius albums for the first time in a while and feel like I'm hearing all the tracks with fresh ears from being more familiar with each of the boys' solo work. Adds another layer to the listening experience, but also I forgot how much I genuinely loved boygenius (the experience of their rabid fandom tainted my memory of their music, because it was...a lot)! The albums are short and sweet but so good
