Fermented rye chocolate chip cookie from ACQ Bread

My favorite chocolate chip cookie, sort of like a luxury Tate’s?? Very heavy on the brown butter / caramelized sugar notes but not too sweet!! And big chunks of dark chocolate. I am obsessed.
